Haus of Flow Pilates Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a membership, class package, or booking a class with Haus of Flow Pilates, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership & Studio Policy
Memberships
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared. Memberships automatically renew unless canceled according to the membership agreement.
Class Packages
Class packages are non-transferable and may not be shared between individuals. Expiration dates apply as listed at the time of purchase.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients must cancel at least 12 hours before class start time to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees according to the studio’s current policy.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Memberships, packages, retail purchases, and services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for notifying Haus of Flow Pilates of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to participation. Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.
Membership Freeze Policy
Memberships may be frozen for medical reasons or extended travel with advance written notice. Freeze requests are subject to studio approval.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, clients may be automatically added to class and are responsible for attending or canceling according to studio policy.
Studio Etiquette
Grip socks are required for all reformer classes. Clients should arrive 5–10 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started.
Schedule & Instructor Changes
Haus of Flow Pilates reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and class offerings when necessary.
Liability Waiver
By participating in classes at Haus of Flow Pilates, clients acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
Personal Belongings
Haus of Flow Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Studio Policies
Haus of Flow Pilates reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, class offerings, pricing, and policies at any time. The studio also reserves the right to refuse service when necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Media Consent
Clients who complete a Photo & Video Release consent to the use of approved images and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
Children Policy
Participants must be at least 16 years old unless otherwise approved by Haus of Flow Pilates or participating in a designated youth program.
